Super Duos Day 2020 was a small, recurring Valentine's Day event lasting from February 14th to February 17th, 2020. The update brought back the melee weapon skin from last year's event.

A special melee weapon skin could be obtained in Duos with a 10% chance upon completing the match, or as a guaranteed reward for winning the match. Players would only receive it if they did not already own one.
