Weapons are essential items used for combat against other Animals. Super Animal Royale includes three different weapon classes: Guns, Melee weapon and Throwables.

Players start each game with one weapon, the Melee weapon; this weapon cannot be dropped and is always part of the player's inventory. Other weapons are found as floor loot or are obtained by opening Delivery Mole crates. Players can carry up to two Guns and one Throwable at a time.

Super Animal Royale includes numerous melee weapon skins, but all of them share the same stats with Katana.

Throwables

Damage

Damage dealt to the player is measured in points, with each point of damage equivalent to one point of a player's health. Damage is dealt to a player's health anytime a player is struck by any weapon, excluding the banana. However, players can block incoming damage from guns and melee attacks by equipping armor. It takes 100 damage to kill or down an unarmored player at full heath.

Some weapons, such as guns and grenades, deal reduced damage based on distance. Damage from a non-poisonous gun is reduced based on bullet travel distance and grenades on distance from center. The highest damage any weapon can deal at once is the Legendary JAG-7, dealing 189 damage at point-blank-range to an unarmored player; if the player is armored, the highest damaging weapon is the grenade, which deals 150 damage in the center and ignores armor.
